SPOT 2 A parking space alongside runway 06 /24. Best spot for this runway, but not the best for Schiphol. When runway 24 is in use for take off the view to the holding point is blocked by a large fence. When runway 06 is in use for landing the view is blocked by a big tree so you're not able to see a part of the approach towards this runway. There usually is a snack-stand at this spot so if you're hungry... Also from here a good overview of the "Aeroground Cargo" platform. Rating:
